Preventing and decreasing frequencies of these problems depend on healthy diet. Sufficient and balanced nutrition decreases risks of overweight, hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes and resultant diseases.

Technical Equipment
Medical and physical methods include body analysis (water, fat-free mass, fat mass distribution of body) with bioelectrical impedance method (Tanita MC-180), and measurement of waist-hip ratio and height. The route followed by foods from mouth to body cells and removal of waste is evaluated. A specific program that fits eating habits and movement activity of the person is employed under supervision of dietician. Due to versatility of nutrition and its effect on every part of body, treatment requires coordination with many disciplines such as internal medicine, endocrinology, psychiatrics, gynecology, and cardiology.
